A former vice cop, Hank Weldon, appears in this episode. He is rumored to be a bit "shy of a six-pack", and his behavior does bear that out. Obsessed with an old case, Weldon gets Crockett and Tubbs involved in his hunt for Tony Arcaro, someone he had walled up in an old building years before.
